  [Job Discription]
  - Initiate and Implement parent company policies and initiatives within the company
  - Plan, lead, and organize legal/compliance initiatives/activities including training (majorly provided by parent company or our group company)
  - Review, update, enhance company’s internal regulations related to compliance and support reviewing other internal regulations related to other Units of Corporate Dept.
  - Coordinate with relevant Dept. of headquarters (Parent company), service providers, governmental offices related to legal.
  - Monitor, ensure* the internal/external procedures required by laws and internal regulations, especially trade compliance (e.g. Sanction management, Import/export procedures including License management, Security trade regulations, Hazardous Substance Act compliance)
  *Including conduct of internal audits such as checking the internal procedures are properly conducted
  - Prepare and maintain documentation (including internal application and report) related to compliance and legal matters.
  - Review and advice on the contracts
  - Contract management related above
  - Other assignments by GM/UM.
