    - Supervise, monitor, and inspect the production process to ensure alignment with the production plan.

    - Design programs and jigs for spray painting processes to improve efficiency and minimize production loss.
    - Design tools used in the spray painting process.
    - Develop and manage work procedures, prepare reports, and conduct training for employees.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with robotic spray painting for plastic parts, including control, programming adjustments, and troubleshooting.
    - Ability to make decisions regarding paint quality and coordinate with suppliers.
    - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    - Proficient in computer usage and capable of preparing detailed reports.
    - Able to work well under pressure.
