工作内容
- Perform IDC room duties as per customer requirements.
- Respond to emergency incidents and execute work orders, including ad-hoc tasks, in line with SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements.
- Familiar with the IDC computer room environment and monitoring systems to identify risks. Handle emergency events according to EOP (Emergency Operating Procedures), including recording event data and preparing preliminary event reports.
- Strictly follow the work order system and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), ensuring accurate operations and compliance with SLA.
- Maintain and manage IDC equipment such as switches, servers, and cables. Perform installation, racking, deployment, and maintenance according to specifications.
- Handle site surveys, on-site work, and sporadic construction tasks, providing problem feedback as required.
- Complete additional tasks as outlined in the Service Contract or Outsourcing Requirements.
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience for Entry-Level, and 3+ years for Intermediate-Level roles.
- Knowledge of work order processing, event management, and environmental inspection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of IT equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese, depending on the position.英文
