  - Responsible for overall accounting, finance, treasury, and taxation operations
  - Handle month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings and prepare financial reports for submission to relevant regulators, including consolidation packages per Headquarter requirements
  - Initiate and implement budgeting, hedge accounting, deferred tax policies, and related financial practices
  - Oversee new accounting system implementation, including requirement definition (RD), data migration, test planning (UAT, parallel run), go-live activities, and ensure integration with the organization chart and accounting policies
  - Team Management: Supervising a team of financial professionals, including accountants and analysts.
  - Other tasks assigned by General Manager
