资格
应征条件
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Mechanical Engineering License is an advantage
- Minimum 4 years in a team leader or supervisory role in engineering
- Proficient in CAD / AutoCAD for engineering drawings
- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Positive attitude with ability to boost team morale
- Able to work well under pressure and in challenging environments
- Good command of English or Japanese is an advantage英文
