工作内容
- Manage and develop both existing customers and new business opportunities within the automotive industry- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve sales targets- Promote products and proactively propose new items to customers to increase sales volume- Follow up on quotations, close sales, and manage overall sales pipeline- Build strong relationships with key accounts and provide ongoing customer support- Visit customers regularly to gather feedback, identify new opportunities, and improve service performance- Handle material price adjustments and communicate updates effectively to customers- Monitor customer forecasts and coordinate with production teams in case of order fluctuations- Manage delivery schedules by checking stock availability and confirming shipment timelines with customers- Support special orders, including sample wheels (imported and locally produced), ensuring smooth coordination- Negotiate and resolve delivery or commercial issues to maintain customer satisfaction- Prepare weekly sales reports and summarize key sales issues for Sales meetings- Participate in Sales & Production Control (PC) meetings to align demand planning and operations- Support customer survey documentation and handle all related commercial documents- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
