  - Ensure the organization’s KPIs are met
  - Resolve issues occurring within the warehouse

  - Efficiently deliver products to the transport department
  - Oversee goods in the warehouse to prevent loss or damage
  - Collect data related to warehouse activities such as inbound, outbound, and inventory levels
  - Manage warehouse space efficiently, e.g., applying 5S principles
  - Maintain warehouse equipment to ensure readiness and effective usage
  - Analyze warehouse operation data such as staff performance, space usage, and equipment utilization
  - Improve warehouse efficiency through Kaizen activities, lean warehousing, etc.
