Implement reforms in general affairs together with Japanese and consulting partners.
- Review of staff evaluation items, standards, and methods

- Raise awareness of the need for paid leave
- Appropriate operation of the maternity leave system
- Review of overtime management methods

【Must】
- Experience as HR/Admin assistant manager at least 3 years
- Experience in proactively designing evaluation systems and planning the recruitment process.
