• 工作内容

  - Represent and actively promote the company’s warehouse services, or 3PL Service across 12 locations in Bangkok,
  Navanakorn, Samutprakarn, Choburi, Rayong, and Prachinburi
  - Increase revenue and profit for the 3PL contract for new business and new customer.
  - Coordinate with Customer Services, Sales, and other internal departments to share relevant information and meet
  customer needs
  - Maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
  - Manage and delegate job to having a balance work flow within sales team
  - Support subordinate upon request and coordinate with all concerned party efficiency
  - Track and assess the performance of the sales team to ensure standards are met
  - Contact and visit both existing customers and new customers
  - Handle inquiries from customers, our counter part
  - Prepare accurate and complete quotations for customers within specified timeframes
  - Follow up and resolve any issues arising from sales or service aspects
  - Verify the accuracy and completeness of rate offerings, RFQs, and SOPs before submission to customers
  - Collect all RFQ package of customer for further review in each year
  - Regularly update quotations with current market prices
  - Review and assess sales performance reports
