- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
- Ensuring the security of client - server and vulnerability assessment
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering (GPA > 2.50)
- 2-5 years of working experience in system administration / network & system design
- Knowledge of Infrastructure is a must.
- Knowledge of various type of Operating Systems (e.g., AIX, Linux, and Windows Server)
- Knowledge of Database Concept and Implementation (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, DB2, and MSSQL)
- Knowledge of System and Network Security
- Knowledge of container and virtual environment
- Having knowledge or experience in using UNIX, Linux Commands, Shell Script would be advantageous.
- Having knowledge or experience in Mobile Operating System would be advantageous
- Active in learning new technology
- Service minded and coordinating skills are needed for support user on assigned project
- Available to work at flexible hour
