1)New Client Development- Approaching real estate developers, Japanese corporations, factories/warehouses, and hotel/resort operators- Generating leads and business opportunities through market research and networking- Expanding the client base in Thailand and the ASEAN region through sales activities2)Client Relationship Management- Building trust-based relationships with key decision-makers- Understanding client needs and collaborating with internal design teams for optimal proposals- Encouraging repeat business through regular follow-ups3)Sales Strategy Planning and Execution- Planning and executing sales strategies that reflect our brand and quality standards- Assisting with preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentation materials in collaboration with marketing and design teams- Monitoring and reporting progress on goals (KPI management)4)Market Research- Reporting trends, regulations, and competitor information in the construction and real estate industries- Providing internal feedback from clients for service and product strategy improvements- Regular reporting and submission of materials to Japanese HQ or supervisors5)Brand Representation and Professionalism- Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings- Demonstrating trust, quality, and attentiveness expected from a Japanese company
