The company plans to launch a new branch in the central region, as many suppliers are located in the Bangkok to Chonburi area.We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of injection molding to maintain supplier quality.- Conduct supplier quality audits and process evaluations- Troubleshoot and resolve molding process defects (e.g., burrs, deformation, bubbles, dimensional issues)- Analyze and report on quality data to drive improvements- Optimize and standardize molding conditions- Establish product inspection standards and testing processes- Promote continuous improvement activities using the PDCA cycle- Provide technical support and training to suppliers- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
