【Job Description】- Support machines in the SMT process (installation/maintenance/troubleshooting/training/production support)- Provide support to engineers, reliability technicians, and factory operations teams for continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost efficiency- Deliver services to customers effectively and on time (service areas: nearby Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Prachinburi, Pathumthani, Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong, etc.)- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment and machinery performance- Walk customers through equipment operation and safe usage, and provide clear customer feedback- Respond to out-of-hours callouts in a timely manner- Follow and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations at all times【Other tasks 】- Support the Manager and Senior

- Handle purchasing and procurement activities for electronic components and related materials.- Prepare and manage RFQs (Request for Quotation), compare quotations, and negotiate prices with suppliers.- Source and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time supply.- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead time, quality, and delivery issues.- Work closely with production planning and internal departments to ensure material availability.- Analyze market trends and supplier performance.- Prepare purchasing reports and maintain procurement records.- Support other purchasing-related tasks assigned by management.
