●Inventory Control & Monitoring- Monitor daily stock levels across all product categories- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock counts- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and minimize waste or expired items●Receiving & Stock Management- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents- Inspect products for quantity, quality, and damage upon arrival- Record goods receipt accurately in the inventory system- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams regarding shortages or issues- Organize stock in storage areas according to company standards●Store Operations Support- Replenish shelves to maintain product availability for customers- Coordinate with sales floor staff to ensure timely restocking- Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving items and report trends- Support promotional setups by ensuring sufficient stock levels●Loss Prevention & Compliance- Identify potential risks for shrinkage, damage, or theft- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas- Follow food safety and handling standards (especially for fresh products)
