〇Product：Metal Scrap/Trading- Sale to existing customer, occasionally find new customers and suppliers- Communicate, follow, inspect, visit supplier/customer who is the scrap dealers and factories- Negotiate with customers and suppliers- Travel from the office to customers’ location inside/close city of Bangkok- Attend oversea business trips to China and ASEAN and other countries for meeting customers/ suppliers, exhibitions (more than once a month)- Report to the team and Japanese managements (mostly we communicate in English)- Support senior sales and Japanese managements- Other tasks assigned

1. Manage and monitor all Human Resources operation: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employeerelations and engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational change.2.
