Responsibilities:1. Perform as a member of subsidiaries company's IT infrastructure project implementation such as PC replacement, Server replacement, Cloud Server Migration, Email system migration, Network system improvement, and IT Security system improvement.2. Performs systems administration functions for computer systems and related computing environments including Physical servers, Cloud servers, storage arrays, virtual hosts/hypervisors, routers, switches, firewalls, WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, VPN, Active Directory, software inventory and software licenses, etc.3. Monitors for health and performance of IT infrastructure systems and performs preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the health or performance of IT infrastructure systems including creating monthly/quarterly reports to submit to HQ.4. Ensures data security and availability through proper backup and restore procedures.5. Analyze and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure system issues reported by each subsidiary IT.6. Travel to support subsidiaries and attend conferences, and seminars for IT training as necessary.7. Regular attendance at work and scheduled meetings.8. Other duties as assigned.

[Main business]Network and System support in Thailand and ASEAN countries[Job summary]- Support global customers regarding incident, inquiry and request issues- Coordinate and be the contact point for global support teams in order to fulfill customer requirements- Escalate and follow up issues/projects with all related parties by call and email- Case management (create, follow up, close, etc) with ticket system- Document and email translation (English -> Japanese, Japanese -> English)[Remark]- 24 hours shift (core time: 7:00-16:00, 8:00-17:00) - Night shift: 1 week a month- Working on weekend: 1-2 times a month (normally take holiday on weekend and public holiday)- 1 year contract (Upon mutual agreement, it is also possible to transition to a full-time employee (depends on performance))
