Company Overview:We are a leading company in the design, production, and installation of technology and innovative product, providing innovative solutions and reliable after-sales support nationwide.Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain internal IT systems, infrastructure, and software to support business operations.• Lead an IT & Programmer team to meet the requirements and achieve project goals• Coordinate with overseas product owners or suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure product integration or updates.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, both remotely and on-site when required.• Analyze and resolve system errors, bugs, or network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.• Manage IT assets, licenses, and vendor relationships.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, customer service) to deliver efficient tech solutions.• Document technical processes and solutions for internal reference and customer support.
