Accounting & Financial Management- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, costing, and taxation- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on time- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and related government authoritiesBudgeting & Cost Control- Monitor company budgets, expenses, and financial performance- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability- Supervise cost accounting and inventory control processesTeam Management- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure smooth operations- Improve accounting processes and internal controlsCross-functional Coordination- Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams regarding financial and operational matters- Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning
