Key Responsibilities:- Department: After-Sales- Develop and deliver technical training on construction and agricultural equipment (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders) with a focus on engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.- Train and support dealer service teams in Thailand and English-speaking countries (Europe and Asia)- Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.- Prepare training materials (presentations, manuals, assessments) and conduct hands-on demonstrations.- Evaluate training effectiveness and track trainee progress.- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to stay updated on technical developments.- Promote a knowledge-sharing culture across the region.
