Responsible for preparing cooked Japanese hot-kitchen dishes, focusing on cooked-menu items such as clay-pot (donabe) dishes, soups, stir-fries, simmered dishes, and homemade-style Japanese cuisine. Oversee kitchen operations to ensure quality and adherence to restaurant standards.Main responsibilities:- Prepare and cook cooked Japanese hot-kitchen dishes, such as donabe (clay-pot), soups, simmered, stir-fried and other cooked Japanese menu items.- Control quality, flavor, and plating to meet restaurant standards.- Prepare ingredients and manage cooking processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.- Monitor and control ingredient stock to ensure adequate supplies for service.- Follow food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.- Work with the kitchen team to deliver prompt and efficient customer service.
