• Lead the Business Development and Sales & Marketing teams to drive sales and actively participate in decision-making.• Collaborate on strategic planning and analyze various approaches such as clinic growth strategies, branch expansion to increase service coverage, and creating business opportunities within assigned areas, including introducing new services.• Study relevant regulations, conditions, laws, and Ministry of Public Health requirements to ensure the business operates in full compliance.• Prepare presentation materials, cost planning, and verify project-related information, including contracts and other related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.• Negotiate contracts and agreements, including service terms and customer partnerships, to ensure alignment with company goals and minimize future risks.• Monitor and evaluate situations, compare proposals, and summarize findings for management decision-making.• Oversee and ensure the quality of assigned projects from start to finish to achieve maximum efficiency.• Define project scope and timelines, plan execution, and work with the team to analyze and resolve issues.• Coordinate and support related departments within and outside the organization.• Strictly comply with company standards, rules, and regulations.• Participate in marketing promotion activities or any future events.• Perform any other duties related to company and clinic operations as assigned by supervisors.
