- Coordinate architectural design work between clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant Thai authorities.- Prepare and review architectural drawings, technical documents, and permit application packages in accordance with local building codes.- Liaise with governmental departments (e.g., DPT, BMA, EIA offices) for design submissions, approvals, and construction permits.- Ensure project designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while complying with safety and regulatory standards.- Support project managers in resolving on-site design and coordination issues throughout the construction process.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, and interior) to maintain design integrity and consistency.
