【Job Description】- Prepare design and tender drawings, including perspective views and presentations- Responsible for design work in compliance with applicable laws and regulations- Prepare and review construction drawings- Provide consultation and coordinate with site staff during the construction stage- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams- Conduct quality control reviews on design deliverables, material selections, and cost estimations to meet project standards and client expectations
