- ออกแบบมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานด้านโลจิสติกส์ทั้งสำหรับการนำเข้าและส่งออก- กำกับดูแลและบริหารผู้รับเหมาช่วงที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้าน BOI, การนำเข้า–ส่งออก และโลจิสติกส์มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานโลจิสติกส์และคลังสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด ทั้งการนำเข้าและส่งออก- วางแผนและปรับปรุงผังคลังสินค้าให้ใช้พื้นที่อย่างเหมาะสม และให้กระบวนการทำงานในคลังเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น- ออกแบบและวางแผนความจุของคลังสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับการคาดการณ์ความต้องการของสินค้าแต่ละประเภท- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายวางแผน ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และฝ่ายการเงิน- จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารด้านโลจิสติกส์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- วางแผนและดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อ รับสินค้า ตรวจสอบ ส่งคืน จัดเก็บ บรรจุ ติดฉลาก และดูแลสต็อกสินค้า อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และวัสดุต่าง ๆ- จัดการหมุนเวียนสินค้าและดำเนินการกำจัดสินค้าคงคลังส่วนเกินตามความเหมาะสม- ดูแลและบันทึกข้อมูลเพื่อควบคุมสต็อกให้ถูกต้อง ลดต้นทุน และรักษาระดับสินค้าคงคลังให้เหมาะสม- อาจมีส่วนร่วมในการคัดเลือก ฝึกอบรม และดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา (หากเกี่ยวข้อง)- บริหารจัดการงานจัดชุดวัสดุ (Material Kitting) และมีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยสิ่งแวดล้อม- ควบคุมและบริหารพื้นที่รับสินค้าและคลังสินค้าสำเร็จรูป (Finish Good Warehouse)- ดูแลกระบวนการรับสินค้าและการจัดเรียงสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามหลักการ FIFO (First In, First Out)
