  【Responsibilities】
  - Generate new M&A opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, and referral networks, both on sell, and buy side deals in Thailand.
  - Conduct approximately 30 cold calls per day, using LinkedIn and other channels to approach business owners and key decision-makers.
  - Develop relationships with potential buyers, including Japanese and local companies, to identify acquisition opportunities and expand the buyer network.
  - Manage the end-to-end M&A process, from deal origination and client engagement to negotiations and transaction closing, with support from senior team members and Japanese Managers.
  - Build and maintain client relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on potential opportunities.
  - Conduct company and market research, analyze business information, and prepare pitch books and client presentation materials.
  - Coordinate client meetings and support transaction execution, negotiations, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  - Achieve annual KPIs of approximately 200 client appointments, 40–50 NDAs, and 6 deals.
