  - Provide technical support to sales activities and ensure effective technical service delivery within the assigned territory.
  - Support customers with product recommendations, process optimization, troubleshooting, on-site evaluations, and product qualification activities.
  - Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers to support business growth.
  - Serve as a technical advisor by delivering product training and technical education to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  - Collect and communicate customer feedback, technical requirements, and market trends to support product improvement and business development.
  - Identify, plan, and execute technical programs that drive innovative applications and expand existing and emerging technologies.
  - Collaborate closely with Technical, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of technical initiatives.
  - Contribute to technical strategic planning and support regional business and marketing activities as required.
  - Represent the company as a technical expert and strengthen its reputation as an industry technology leader.
  - Prepare technical reports, presentations, blogs, and documentation of testing and experimental results.
  - Continuously enhance technical expertise through training, conferences, project participation, and market research.
  - Work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  - Travel frequently (approximately 25–50%) to support customers and business activities, including short-notice travel when required.
  - Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
