    - JOEM Relationship: Serve as the primary contact to build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with Japanese OEMs (JOEMs) in the motorcycle sector.
    - Sales & Acquisition: Drive annual sales targets, lead the end-to-end acquisition process (opportunity ID, quotation preparation, and contract negotiation).
    - Commercial Project Management: Manage pricing strategies, commercial contracts, and collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Engineering, Logistics) for smooth execution.
    - Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and OEM production volumes.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
    - Experience: 3–5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
    - Have experience in the automotive, two-wheeler, or related manufacturing industries.
    - JOEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of Japanese OEM business models, commercial processes, and customer expectations.
    - Business level in English
