    【Key Responsibilities】
    - Collect and analyse data to determine the time, money, materials, and labour required for projects
    - Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
    - Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
    - Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data
    - Review material and labour requirements to determine whether it is more cost-effective to
    produce or purchase components
    - Cost tracking to ensure project execution is within the estimated budget
    - Assess cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services
    - Assist compiling commercial proposal
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field
    - 2-5 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
    - Business English skill (both written and verbal)
    - Proficiency in cost estimation software and spreadsheet applications (Excel)
    - Driver license
