    Sales Engineer – Nonwoven Business is responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical support for nonwoven products in automotive and industrial applications. This role focuses on developing customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring successful conversion of business opportunities with profitability aligned to company targets.

    A. Customer Management & Technical Support
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1, and industrial customers
    • Act as key contact for customer inquiries, technical discussions, and issue resolution
    • Understand customer product specifications, applications, and performance requirements
    • Provide technical consultation on nonwoven materials and solutions
    • Support product trials, validation, and customer approvals

    B. Sales Development & Business Growth
    • Identify new business opportunities in automotive and non-automotive sectors
    • Expand customer base and increase market share for nonwoven products
    • Execute sales plans aligned with business strategy
    • Follow up on leads, RFQ/RFI, and convert to business wins
    • Support pricing strategy and commercial negotiations

    C. RFQ & Commercial Management
    • Coordinate RFQ process with internal teams (Engineering, Costing, Production)
    • Prepare and submit quotations aligned with cost and margin targets
    • Track RFQ status and ensure timely submission
    • Support negotiation and closure of new business opportunities
    • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy

    D. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and MP&L teams
    • Ensure alignment of customer requirements with internal capabilities
    • Support new product development (NPD) and project launches
    • Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality issues

    E. Market Intelligence & Reporting
    • Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities
    • Provide regular sales reports and market insights
    • Identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
    • Support strategic planning with data-driven insights

    F. Compliance & Standards
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
    • Support IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 standards where applicable
    • Promote safe working practices and environmental awareness

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Material, Textile, Chemical, Industrial) or related field
    • 3–7 years’ experience in Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or in Automotive/Nonwoven business
    • Experience in RFQ processes and project coordination
    • Knowledge of nonwoven materials, processes, and applications
    • Business-level English (written and spoken)

    【Advantage】
    • Experience handling OEM / Tier-1 customers
    • Business or marketing knowledge
    • Additional language: Japanese or Chinese
