- Manage and develop Modern Trade accounts to achieve sales targets and expand product distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers from major retailers such as 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, Makro, Big C, CJ More, and other Modern Trade channels.
- Ensure product availability, optimize shelf presence, and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to improve execution effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing to implement promotions, merchandising activities, and visibility campaigns at store level.
- Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution within both Modern Trade and selected Traditional Trade channels.
- Prepare sales reports and market insights for management review.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- 2-5 years of experience in Modern Trade sales within FMCG industry.
- Experience managing key accounts such as 7-Eleven, CJ More, Lotus’s, Makro, or Big C is highly preferred.
- Good command of English (Intermediate level) with the ability to prepare sales reports.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips.
- Proactive mindset with strong ambition to build and develop new business opportunities.
