  Join the Asset Management team of a private equity-backed investment group, working closely with portfolio companies to drive business improvement, strengthen governance, and enhance long-term corporate value.
  This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, supporting portfolio companies in business transformation, operational improvement, and investment performance optimization.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Support management of portfolio companies together with senior leadership
  - Develop and execute business improvement plans, growth strategies, and value creation initiatives
  - Monitor financial and operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
  - Strengthen governance, internal controls, and management processes across portfolio companies
  - Prepare business plans, performance reports, and presentations for internal committees and stakeholders
  - Support board governance and management reporting processes
  - Participate in portfolio exit planning and execution in collaboration with regional headquarters
  - Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research and network development
