    Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition and expand our presence in the HVAC and engineering sectors. This role focuses primarily on identifying and developing new business opportunities rather than technical execution.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1.New Business Development
    - Identify, approach, and develop new clients across industrial, commercial, and engineering sectors
    - Proactively generate leads through networking, market research, and cold calling
    - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on new customer acquisition

    2.Market Expansion
    - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
    - Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and penetrate new industries
    - Client Relationship Management
    - Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
    - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with technical teams

    3.Sales Process Management
    - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing
    - Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs
    - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

    4.Internal Coordination
    - Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth handover and execution after deal closure
    - Coordinate with internal departments to align business strategies and customer requirements

    5.Reporting
    - Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably with a strong focus on new client acquisition
    - Business-level English
    - Must have a private car and a valid driving license

    - Experience in HVAC, engineering, construction, or related industries is a plus, but not mandatory
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    - Ability to work independently and proactively drive results
