Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Production, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance.
- Supervisory or management experience in production or quality teams, verifiable by previous job titles, reference contacts, or organizational charts.
- Demonstrable knowledge of quality management systems, evidenced by certifications, implemented procedures, or audit records.
- Experience analyzing quality data and applying statistical methods to identify trends and improvement opportunities, demonstrable via past reports or examples.
Advantages:
