- Support the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the Sales, Renewal Division
Lead and supervise a team of approximately 10–20 members to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of sales targets
- Manage and drive overall sales activities for elevator and escalator renewal projects in buildings
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to expand business opportunities and strengthen market competitiveness
- Monitor customers’ project progress, market trends, and competitors’ activities, and provide timely updates and strategic recommendations
- Ensure prompt and accurate sales information is provided to customers and internal stakeholders
- Arrange and lead company, product, and solution presentations for key clients and project stakeholders
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, developers, and other project stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Support organizational development, team performance management, and talent development within the division
- Act as a successor candidate for the General Manager position by contributing to management decision-making and business leadership
- Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by management

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields
- Experience in the elevator industry as a Sales or Sales Engineer, and also has management experience
- Good command of English
- Driving license and own a car
