  1. Role Overview
  Lead and manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada), Shopify brand.com, SNS channels, chat/CRM, digital advertising, and AI-driven workflow improvements to ensure smooth execution, strong performance, and revenue growth.
  
  2. Key Responsibilities (Summary SOW)
  - Marketplace Operations: Oversee official stores, optimize listings and campaigns, monitor KPIs, manage promotions, and drive conversion and sales growth.
  - Brand.com (Shopify): Manage website content, promotions, analytics, CRO initiatives, and coordinate with UX/UI and developers for improvements.
  - Customer Engagement & Chat: Supervise multi-platform chat operations, improve scripts/automation, maintain SLA standards, and implement AI-assisted responses.
  - SNS & Advertising: Manage social channels, coordinate with agencies/influencers, oversee paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, CPAS, marketplace ads), and optimize ROAS/CAC performance.
  - AI & Automation + EDM: Implement AI tools to streamline operations (content, reports, ads, chatbot), manage EDM campaigns, and continuously improve efficiency and performance metrics.
