    - Strong background in industrial storage solutions such as:
    o Pallet racking
    o Cantilever racking
    o Mezzanines and warehouse systems
    - Proven experience selling to:
    o Factories
    o Warehouses
    o Developers
    o 3PL / logistics companies
    - Demonstrated leadership ability and experience building or managing a sales team
    - Thai national, fluent in Thai and English
    - Comfortable with project-based, technical sales
