  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment supporting documents before submission for approval.
  • Responsible for AR & AP function.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules for all related balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare and submit monthly tax reports, including Input/Output Tax (PP.30), Withholding Tax (PND.3, 53, 54), and Specific Business Tax (PP.36) to the Revenue. Department.
  • Record Fixed Asset in Register, Record Fixed Asset Voucher, Calculate depreciation.
  • Supporting documentation for External Audit and Fraud Audit.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue Department and government as required.
  • Liaise with auditors, suppliers and government agencies.
