    -Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to minimize equipment downtime.
    -Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of production machinery.
    -Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting and system optimization (e.g., Mitsubishi, Omron).
    -Interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and engineering blueprints accurately.
    -Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement effective countermeasures and continuous improvements.
    -Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
    -Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Control) to support seamless manufacturing operations.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
    - 3-5 years of proven experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
    - 3-5 Years experience in Supervisor of Maintenance Engineering related with Automotive / Automation Industry.
    -Strong technical aptitude for industrial equipment, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,
    and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
    - Good command in English. co- working with Chinese Partner
