    • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data flow.
    • Architect and manage scalable data infrastructure to support analytics, AI, and mobile applications.
    • Develop and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models to enhance business decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, and Data) to identify and deliver innovative data-driven solutions.
    • Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance within all innovation projects.
    • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review for junior engineers and analysts.
    • Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, LLMs, cloud data platforms, mobile integrations) to drive continuous innovation.

    Must:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
    • 3 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI-related development
    • Experience with Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Databricks)
    Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps frameworks
    • Able to communicate in English (Neo 3.5)
    • Experience with MLOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows
    • Understanding of Business analyst and technical requirements Microsoft Power BI
    • Learn and apply new AI/ML tools and technologies
