  1. Fully responsible for the procurement of injection molding raw materials for the Thai new factory, ensuring material quality and supply stability to meet production demands.
  2. Manage relationships with outsourcing factories, supervise outsourcing processing, and ensure product quality and delivery compliance.
  3. Establish an efficient purchasing team, set team goals, formulate purchasing plans, and enhance overall purchasing effectiveness.
  4. Continuously optimize the purchasing process, reduce procurement costs, and improve purchasing efficiency.
  5. Keep abreast of market trends, adjust purchasing strategies in a timely manner to respond to raw material price fluctuations.
  6. Develop and manage supplier resources, including supplier development, evaluation, selection, and management.
  7. Coordinate and resolve issues arising during the procurement process to ensure smooth production.
