    - Analyze business transactions and record journal entries accurately in accordance with accounting standards.
    - Handle petty cash, expense reimbursements, advance clearing, and related adjusting entries.
    - Review invoice documents and supporting paperwork before processing payments.
    - Manage payment schedules and ensure timely settlement to vendors and suppliers.
    - Prepare and review withholding tax reports (PND 3, PND 53).
    - Prepare and review VAT input/output tax reports and PP.30 filing.
    - Issue withholding tax certificates for vendors.
    - Perform Bank Reconciliation and prepare supporting schedules for month-end closing and financial statements.
    - Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit and provide necessary documents.
    - Assist in improving accounting workflows and internal control process.
    - Perform other assigned accounting tasks as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    - 2–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in Accounts Payable is preferred).
    - Strong understanding of withholding tax, VAT, and basic financial statements.
    - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.).
    - High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
    - Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with multiple departments.
    - Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    - Ability to work with flexible hours depending on accounting timelines and deadlines.
