  Responsibilities:
  
  1. Operating Scope of Work
  - Make design drawing & for Construction drawing
  - Assist for making tender scope & drawing for large project or moderately complex project
  - Assist for making presentation & VECD item
  - Assist for plan & design overall concept
  - Must have skill & knowledge for ISO system
  - Control design schedule
  - Assist with Training and review work of Junior Staff
  
  2. Solve Complexity Problem
  - Understand existing site condition & Make Q&A at Tender stage
  - Able to explain tender document & owner’s document to Sub-contractor
  - Conclude & make final tender scope & drawing
  - Cooperate with other work-related drawings, reply design review comment & able to review outsource design drawing
  - Assist for making addition & deduction work drawing, including owner’s meeting
  
  3. Knowledge about work
  - Understand and apply law & regulation
  - Understand design work
  - Understand subcontractor drawing & supplier product
  - Make pre-check design comment sheet
  
  4. Section's supervision
  - Make application drawing, including another related document
  - Assist for comment & approve Mechanical shop drawing and material
  - Make DCI Document
  - Assist for Inspection Mechanical product at workshop
  - Assist for design inspection
