  • Control & manage quality standards of the company such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TIS, IATF 16949 etc.
  • Ensure the quality management system and products quality are maintained as per customers' requirements and international standards.
  • Serve as primary contact person dealing with customers for all quality cases, complaints, and solutions.
  • Responsible for comprehensive document control management of company quality systems.
  • Ensure QEHS management system performs optimally and meets certification requirements.
  • Prepare detailed quality performance reports and KPI tracking.
  • Manage complete calibration system for all measuring equipment and gauges.
  • Establish and maintain Work Instructions (WI) for all measuring equipment and quality procedures.
  • Control and process laboratory testing procedures and coordinate with external testing facilities.
  • Liaison with customers, suppliers, and Certification Bodies (CB) to maintain QMS and quality performance standards.
  • Responsible for registration, cancellation and distribution control of all the write-up SHE documents which are SHE M, PR, WI and ML.
  • Be participating actively at SHE committee meeting to ensure effectiveness of process.
  • An audit team should consist of lead auditor and shall be appointed by EMR for EMS and SMR for OHS.
  • Authorized to request cooperation of audited organization with respect to audit activity requirement, including the submission of data and documents, explanations of facts, on-site examinations attended by the personnel concerned.
  • Recommend changes and improvement where appropriate.
  • Supervisor level up shall be passed the safety training for supervisory course.
