    [Product] Pressing metal automotive parts

    - Lauch project new model (Customers).
    - Join meeting with Topre for SE Activity (Ex. Study stamping process / share idea to improve from forming simulation / study cutting layout OK or NG.
    - Presentation to customer about technical stamping and die process. Prepare die specification for order die.
    - Check die lay out / die drawing / FM/ DYN & STC / L/T / LVPT / HVPT. Share idea and discuss with die maker.
    - Control schedule for achieve project report to top management and control die maker (target 3 Months → 1 year).
    - Follow Die improve for Assembly feedback and customer review.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Tool and Die engineering
    - Minimum 2 years experience in automotive manufacturing
    - Have knowledge and experience in forming press, stamping, die

    【Advantage】
    - Have experience in customer contacting-Automotive OEM.
    - Have knowledge and experience in stamping process and die checking and studying.
    - Have knowledge and experience in forming simulation of press. Have knowledge and experience in stamping process cost.
    - Have knowledge program 2D/3D (Auto CAD/CAD Maister and CATIA program), Auto Form/ J Stamp.
    - Good command of English
