  [Job Summary]
  - Monitor labor performance and ensure staff do not idle during work hours.
  - Maintain production efficiency and prevent machine downtime.
  - Implement instructions and company decisions effectively on the floor.
  - Coordinate with other departments and follow up on absentee staff or shift adjustments.
  - Suggest and lead improvement and reform initiatives in production processes.
  - Analyze production performance and solve problems using data and calculations.
  - Support both day and night shifts as assigned (rotation based on company calendar).
  - Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  
  *Supervise and manage production line staff (teams range from 10 to 100 members depending on the department).
  There is a possibility of working night shifts. A night shift allowance will be provided.
