  [Job Summary]
  - Manage production progress and provide on-site guidance based on the production plan of the assigned department.
  - Supervise chiefs and team leaders to maximize overall production line performance.
  - Handle labor management (attendance, leave, lateness) and maintain staff motivation.
  - Make quick decisions and take appropriate action during trouble situations (e.g., machine failure, staff shortages).
  - Collaborate with the Quality Control and Maintenance departments to prevent quality and equipment issues.
  - Plan and implement improvement activities to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
  - Report and propose to the Manager, identifying on-site issues and suggesting solutions.
  - Train and develop subordinates (including OJT and performance evaluations).
  - Prepare documents such as daily and monthly production reports.
  - Respond to night shift duties (weekly rotation schedule, night shift allowance provided).
  
  *Supervise and manage production line staff (teams range from 10 to 100 members depending on the department).
  There is a possibility of working night shifts. A night shift allowance will be provided.
