  - Manage Supply Chain of TTI （Direct material & MRO material）, ensure a reliable supply chain to meet customer OTD and quality performance with best cost.
  - Manage Commodity material and make sure the supply chain on related commodity are optimized, including commodity material stable supply, supply risk management, price and cost control, New business, supplier performance, business contract and relationship management.
  - Initiate and drive implementation of materials cost containment projects. Identify materials cost reduction projects that would improve overall supply chain and deliver better ROTC to the company.
  - Plan the E-Sourcing projects/negotiation for each fiscal year with team members. Monitor all of E-sourcing projects of all Direct materials/Indirect materials/Capitals conducted in Asia to ensure that rules, policy, ethics are complied and award date are completed per schedule. Track and drive the implementation in ES and Negotiation through the tools of Part Analysis.
  - Promote and drive the use of E-Sourcing for indirect materials and capital expenditure in all the Asia plants and guide & assist the Procurement Members to formulate the correct auction type and strategy in collaboration with the Project Requestor until an award is made.
  - Guide procurement team members to management commodity and supply chain.
  - Through periodical commodity review to identify supply risk/prohibition and opportunities, propose new projects to improve supply chain in reliability and flexibility.
  - Participate in new product development through recommendation of preferred suppliers and materials in the early stage of product development.
  - Update reports monthly and follow up/monitor the consequence changes in Oracle and open POs.
  - Negotiate and execute LTA & NDA for his commodities-in-charge and overall tracking of all the Agreements for suppliers of TTI
  - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisor and management.
