  - Lead annual budgeting processes, rolling quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic financial models.
  - Evaluate growth opportunities, capital expenditure (CapEx) proposals, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and revenue model strategies.
  - Monitor operational metrics (KPIs) and provide decision-support financial analysis to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
  - Develop cash flow forecasting models to optimize liquidity, working capital, and capital structure.
  - Coordinate with relevant counterparties on transfer pricing compliance, ensuring proper documentation.
  - Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  - Direct the preparation of complete financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
  - Supervise core accounting functions: Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll operations.
  - Manage corporate bank relationships, treasury functions, credit facilities, and debt covenants.
  - Mentor, manage, and scale high-performing accounting and finance teams (Controllers, FP&A Analysts, Senior Accountants).
  - Evaluate and optimize financial technology (FinTech) infrastructure, including Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) systems.
