  - Manage customer relationships and handle daily commercial communications with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  - RFQ and Quotation Management: Lead RFQ reviews, coordinate costs, prepare quotations, and ensure on-time submission.
  - Price Negotiation: Conduct APR and commercial negotiations within approved authority and profitability limits.
  - Business Planning: Prepare business plans, budgets, and forecasts, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
  - Project Management: Track development milestones, SOP/EOP schedules, and launch readiness.
  - Profitability Management: Monitor product margins and cost changes, and lead VAVE and cost-improvement initiatives.
  - Customer Coordination: Coordinate technical, quality, delivery, and pricing issues with customers.
  - Internal Coordination: Work with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics.
  - Marketing Team Management: Assign tasks, coach team members, and encourage independent decision-making.
  - Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales results, forecasts, RFQ pipelines, and management reports.
  - Risk Management: Identify and escalate volume, supply, pricing, and project risks.
