• 仕事内容

  1. Product Knowledge & Training
  -Conduct basic product knowledge training for new employees.
  -Manage and coordinate training schedules for ASEAN subsidiaries.
  -Conduct basic product knowledge training for new joiners.
  -Develop training and educational materials for new training programs.
  -Organize and coordinate the contents of orientation programs.
  
  2. Quality & Technical Support
  -Liaise and coordinate with the Head Office and ASEAN subsidiaries on Quality Assurance (QA) and Research & Development (R&D) matters.
  -Respond to customers’ quality and technical inquiries via email, telephone, and online meetings.
  -Provide prompt and effective technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries and customers.
  -Accompany Sales personnel on customer visits and provide technical support.
  
  3. Business Travel
  -Travel to ASEAN subsidiaries, exhibitions, and customer sites as required.
  -Domestic and overseas business trips may be required at short notice, approximately once every three months.
  
  4. Product Management
  -Maintain records of End-of-Life (EOL) products and ensure that obsolete products are properly disposed of.
